How this started
I began by helping companies with growth, strategy and putting an AI framework into their business. After thirty-odd of them the same patterns kept turning up in different clothes. So I wrote them down and turned them into a method.
How the work actually goes
Most people arrive knowing something is wrong but not what.
So we find the friction points and the bottlenecks first. Clear those. Then build the system that lets you grow without hitting them again.
Unstuck first, scale second, in that order. Scaling a business with friction still in it just gives you more friction.
